GLONASS on Putin's Dog

Global Navigation Satellite System - GNSS, is the internationally agreed general name, not GPS. GLONASS (Ru) is a GNSS, GPS (US) is a GNSS, Galileo (EUR) is a GNSS, Compass/Beidou (Cn) is a GNSS.

So actually I'd say GNSS on Putin's dog. It is definitely not GPS, though. :-)
